Hands on with Microsoft’s Oneclip apps
Earlier today, a new app from Microsoft was uncovered called
OneClip and now that I have had a chance to get my hands on it, here it is a
closer look at the new tool.
OneClip isa universal clipboard for all devices: iOS,
Android, Windows phone, windows 10. If you have the app running on your device
and you copy it to the clipboard, it will then be accessible on any other
device running the app. Frankly, this is quite useful and is one of the more
exciting apps to leak in the pastfew days from the Redmond based company.
To pair the apps, on each device you will have to enter a
randomly generated number and once done, the device will sync the content. I
did not have to sign in to my one drive account; simply enters the digits and
the devices instantky were paired.
Analyze customized regions with new update in Power Map for Excel
You can now map and analyze customized regions such as scales districts, schools districts and crop rotations with a new feature to power map for excel, part of last update to office 365.
The new custom region features lets you import KML or SHP files with custom polygons to map regions in the same way you would for traditional regions, such as counties and Zip codes.
